1. Click on the Download DMG button 2. Once downloaded, click on the .dmg file to open 3. Select the Lightworks icon. Drag and drop into the Applications folder 4. Open Launchpad 5. Click on Lightworks (Verifying Lightworks pop-up window will appear) 6. Lightworks is an application downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it? Pop-up window will appear. Click Open.
Now you are all set to start using Lightworks!
Installing the latest version of Lightworks: 1. Simply overwrite the previous installation with the latest installation. 2. Download the latest version 3. Drag and drop the Lightworks.app into the Applications folder within the DMG.
To confirm the version of Lightworks you are running, check the version and revision number in the top left-hand corner of the Project Browser screen after starting Lightworks.
Uninstalling Lightworks: Open Finder Click on Applications Folder and find Lightworks Drag the Lightworks.app to the Trash.
Lightworks will no longer appear in your Applications folder.
